Welcome. The American College of Physicians (ACP) Foundation announces the launch of its new patient-centered initiative, that focuses on management of atrial fibrillation and stroke prevention.

Our approach. The approach of the ACP Foundation Initiative on Atrial Fibrillation and Stroke Prevention is to increase the rate of successful health outcomes related to management of atrial fibrillation and stroke prevention through improving patient health literacy and bridging the communication gap between clinician and patient.
